Mark Lyons
Protect24 are vastly experienced in the social housing housing sector. Led by Managing Director Mark Lyons, our team have more than 40 years worth of experience in the creation and management of social housing developments – along with in-house fire protection, sprinkler and construction specialists.
We understand the complexities, the sensitivities and particularly the concerns and expectations of residents.
Whilst the vast majority of residents living in high rise tower blocks would welcome the retrofitting of sprinkler systems, particularly in the wake of the Grenfell Tower disaster, they have understandable concerns about potential disruption to their homes.
We manage all of that. Our dedicated customer liaison work with residents from start to finish, walking them through the process hand-in-hand from initial consultation to our ‘Meet The Contractor’ day, installation and building works until eventual hand over.
