The Brief
Residents living in 88 homes in Salford are amongst the first in the UK to benefit from the retrospective fitting of fire sprinklers.
Protect24 have retrofitted a complete fire protection package for residents living at College Croft in Eccles.
College Croft is a 15-storey building provide sheltered accommodation. It is owned by social housing landlords City West Housing Trust.
The work, completed in the Spring of 2018 provides each individual home with a fire sprinkler system as well as the communal areas and offices.
Protect24 created a bespoke fire safety strategy for College Croft on behalf of owners City West.
The retrospective fire safety program is part of a £6-million package of work for the City West Housing Trust, part of the ForViva Group.
The Result
Work was completed on time with sprinklers fitted to individual homes and the communal areas with 100% resident satisfaction.
