The Brief
Protect24 provided a bespoke fire protection to 118 homes at Charter House.
Charter is a 20-storey dwelling of multi-occupancy, the largest in Eccles, and has undergone a £9-million refubishment.
Protect24 retrofitted fire sprinklers to 188 individual homes and installed a range of retrospective fire measures to protect residents, in their homes and associated communal areas.
The retrospective fire protection measures are part of the £6-million package of work Protect24 will provide for the City West Housing Trust, part of the ForViva Group.
The Result
Work was completed on time with sprinklers fitted to individual homes and the communal areas with 100% resident satisfaction.
