Midland Heart’s Housing Management team were crowned Customer Experience Award winners at the CIH Housing Heroes Awards 2018.
Protect24 Director Annie Doherty presented the Birmingham based housing association with their award at the star-studded gala.
The Housing Heroes Awards is the highlight of CIH 2018, Europes largest housing event, organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing magazine.
Annie, said: “We were delighted to support CIH 2018 and sponsor the Housing Heroes Awards.
“It was a wonderful night and Midland Heart’s Housing Management team were deserved winners of the Customer Experience Awards.
“The evening is an opportunity to say thank-you and reward those that work tirelessly but don’t always receive the public recognition they deserve.
“It was a terrific night and provided a great opportunity for the Protect24 team to talk further about our bespoke retrospective fire protection systems for social housing.”
The tenth annual awards were held in Manchester on the final day of CIH Housing 2018 with winners nine highly commended entrants including teams and individuals, drawn from Cornwall to Aberdeenshire and all points in-between, all working to improve the lives of the people they work with and the communities and tenants under their care.
Protect24 sponsored the Customer Experience Awards with the winners, Midland Heart, shortlisted for their work establishing our housing management service, which now encompasses three specialist teams of staff – the Customer Hub, People Team and Place Team.
